Return Process

  Log into your Omi AI account and select the 'Order History' section to start a return or exchange request for your specific device.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective films are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement device within 5-7 business days.
